At Widetail we develop software for the web. We take deep care about usability and accessibility to improve the user experience.
The future of creating demand lies not at the head of the curve, on the big hits, but rather down the Long Tail of niches. It’s under this new wave of the post-consumer era that we want to ride our business, where we want to reach the needs of each individual user using the internet, needs that otherwise couldn’t be fed in the physical world.
What we do
We are focused on Web Development, especially eCommerce applications. We combine the flexibility of the open-source Magento platform with our PHP, Zend Framework and Javascript skills leverating the time and costs of building a sucessfull application.
Recently we have been busy developing our own shopping cart which exploits the latests trends in social shopping and distributed e-commerce. It’s our aim to connect merchants and buyers through publishers, those enthusiasts who review, opine and write about the products.
